The title of this blog is Manifesting Fun, but let’s face it-sometimes it feels like a struggle, right? I have manifested multiple things. Some things were purposeful and fun, others happened with what seemed like not much thought.
However, there are those times when it seems like no matter what you’ve tried, your manifestation doesn’t seem to happen. I’ve been feeling like that as of late.
A few weeks ago, we lost our cat Tig to kidney disease. He was my first cat and my best buddy. Letting him go was painful and there isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t think of him.
That being said, I haven’t been feeling very positive. It is getting better little by little as time passes. I’m still putting out my intentions and making my requests to the Universe. So why is my manifesting not working?
Could My Negative Vibration Be the Culprit?
I can tell you that the times that I have manifested, I was always in a lighter mood, feeling much happier than I do now. Manifesting always comes as a surprise and feels like no effort at all.
I’m certain that my mood and sadness definitely impacts my ability to manifest.
Worrying and Self-Doubt
Another way to keep your manifestations from happening is by focusing on “what is” in your current situation. If you are wanting to manifest more income but are worried about paying your bills, that will cause a block.
It is one thing to think about what you want and then doubt that it will happen. Even if you think that you are thinking and feeling positive, sometimes we are still letting our negative thoughts win out.
How To Pull Yourself Out of a Negative Vibration
Knowing that my manifestations come to pass when I’m feeling good means that I have to slowly pull myself out of whatever funk I’m in at the time.
The best way that works for me is by thinking about all of the things that I am grateful for. It doesn’t take much when I start that process as there is SO MUCH to be grateful for!
I can list off 50 things I’m grateful for right now. The thought of these things already begins to shift my mood.
It is important to practice gratefulness even when you feel good. Your whole perspective will change and it keeps you feeling positive and in the flow more often than not.
Journaling To Lift Your Spirits
I’ve found that journaling has helped me to shift my mood on many occasions. I’ll journal about my negative feelings in order to get them out.
Writing out my thoughts helps me to pinpoint what has me feeling down. Then I can slowly shift into gratefulness by making a list of what the people and things in my life that I am thankful for.
Talking It Out with Someone and Prayer
Sharing your feelings with someone whom you trust is therapeutic and helps to release negativity.
If you do not have someone to confide in at the moment, prayer can work too. I find that talking things out with God helps me tremendously.
Meditation and Visualization
Many times when I am meditating I am also visualizing my intentions. Visualizing what I am intending helps to lift my mood because I’m focusing on what I want to manifest.
In other words, I am imagining the end result during meditation.
Doing Something Fun
Other ways I help to raise my vibration is by doing things that I find fun such as playing my ukulele or doodling in my sketchbook.
Often times I’ll pull up YouTube and find a ukulele song tutorial to learn or watch a sketching video to learn something new. Reading is another great outlet.
Think Of Your Past Manifestations
In most situations, it is our lack of belief and self-doubt that holds us back from our manifestations.
This is when our past manifestations are useful. I’ll think about some of my favorite manifestations to build up my belief. That is why it is a good idea to keep a manifestation journal.
It is an easy way to recall that you are capable of manifesting what it is that you want.
There will be times when it seems as though nothing you want to manifest is coming to past. It is then that you have to step back, evaluate your feelings and figure out what is causing your negative vibe.
Once you do, you can slowly begin to adjust your feelings and start feeling good again. These are my tips but I’d love to hear what yours are! Leave them in the comments below.
