Many people that practice using the Law of Attraction would answer with an emphatic yes to the question, can the Law of Attraction change your life?
Personally, it has done wonders for my overall attitude. It has helped me to be more positive, grateful, and appreciative. I experience less moodiness and approach each day with a positive attitude.
I also worry less and feel good more often than not. Yes, the Law of Attraction is about manifesting and co-creating your life. However, a side effect of it is feeling good, feeling grateful, and being positive.
How Can The Law of Attraction Change Your Life?
Learning about the Law of Attraction can be exciting. I remember always having knowledge about the LOA but not knowing what it was called or how it really worked.
When the film The Secret was released, I remember watching and thinking, “Yes!, this is it!”
I still didn’t understand how to use my thoughts to manifest. It was still a struggle and I definitely didn’t feel the way I do today about the LOA.
Then one day, at a low point in my life, I found a book called The Law of Attraction by Esther and Jerry Hicks.
The Law of Attraction in Action
During this period of my life, I had just ended a twelve-year relationship. I had to move back in with my parents and literally start my life over.
Finding this book changed everything. I read it and started putting my intentions out. My biggest intention was to get my own apartment.
The main thing I took away from the book was to feel good. I started to have a new outlook on life even though my reality gave me every reason to spiral into a negative place.
After a while, things began to fall into place. I found an apartment and still didn’t have a job. I was living off savings and the money I was making with my online business.
Then I was able to find a good job. I ended up moving out of my parent’s home five months after I moved in. I was even able to manifest getting my cat back!
Even after that, I manifested the love of my life! However, after some time, I started to feel like I was in a major rut.
Years Passed and I Felt Like I Couldn’t Manifest a Thing
I began to forget what I was putting into practice. Eventually, I was laid off from my job and things felt hopeless.
Although I was still manifesting (because we do 24/7 no matter what), I wasn’t actively co-creating my life.
I felt as though nothing good was happening for me anymore. I began reading books by Neville Goddard. I also started to reread a book I’ve held on to for years called A Happy Pocket Full of Money.
This time, I started to really understand how to use my thoughts and more so, my imagination.
Neville Goddard says to imagine the end as if it has already happened. I began to do that and soon, I was manifesting one thing after another.
I started keeping a manifestation journal and I put in everything and anything that I want to manifest.
Best of all, I built up my belief. My biggest obstacle was letting go, in other words, detaching from the outcome.
Once I built up my belief that the LOA ALWAYS works, detaching came naturally. In turn, I feel more positive, less stressed, more grateful, and more joyous.
Does Manifesting Play a Big Part in Changing Lives?
Manifesting absolutely plays a large part in the changing of lives. Once you understand the power that you have, your days will be filled with fun, happiness, and joy.
You’ll want to feel good all the time because when you do, good things continuously come into your life.
The great thing about manifesting is that you don’t have to do anything. It is effortless. It is all about how you feel. Feeling equals faith.
When you imagine the end result of what you want and feel the feeling of having it already, it will come to pass.
There are no tricks that you have to do. You don’t have to think about what you want non-stop. You don’t have to write down what you want thirty times a day.
All you need to do is feel good about it. Imagine the end. That’s it! The feeling is faith.
Can The Law of Attraction Change Your Life? – My Closing Thoughts
Everyone’s journey is different. Even when I felt like I was on a roll with using the Law of Attraction, I eventually fell off. I let negativity grab hold of me again.
I stopped actively co-creating my life and my belief was at zero. I actually began to feel like I was missing something and there was some secret method I had to find.
All that I was missing was having faith and understanding how the Universe works. Everything that you could ever want is already in the NOW.
Having a belief (faith and trust in The Source, God) is what brings what you desire into your reality.
If you are feeling stuck with using the Law of Attraction, I encourage you to read the books of Neville Goddard.
His works helped me to gain a better understanding of using my imagination and using feelings (building my faith) to manifest.
